CIVITTA will develop a new remuneration system of general education in Moldova

CIVITTA was chosen as a contractor for the project by World Bank aimed at providing consulting services for Moldovan Ministry of Education.

Our specialists will assist the Ministry of Education in Republic of Moldova in developing a new remuneration system for teachers and school directors through:
•        Conducting a comprehensive review regarding teachers and school directors remuneration and incentives in Moldova;
•        Conducting a review of best international practices regarding performance-based pay in the education sector;
•        Providing recommendations on the establishment of a performance-based new remuneration system for general education teachers and school directors, aimed at attracting and retaining competent teaching and managerial staff in the education system. 

Moldovan project has become one of multiple World Bank projects, implemented by CIVITTA in Baltic states and the Western CIS.
